When you purchase a copy of Cosmos, you are purchasing premium support.

Let us help you set the plugin up on your site or your client’s site.

If you are having trouble, please don’t hesitate to ask us for help. That’s what you paid for when you purchased Cosmos.

If we are unable to resolve issues you may have with configuration or use of Cosmos, we will issue a refund within 15 days of original purchase.

Issues are limited technical problems with Cosmos. Cosmos retains the right to refuse a refund if the technical issue is resolved, and we reserve the right to determine what a technical issue is.

Refunds will not be issued for changes in heart by the purchaser or the purchaser’s customer.
